ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM

Abstract submission is expected to open online from 11th May 2022 until 11th September 2022.

Outcome notifications are expected to be made available to first author two weeks after submission.

Note:

The first (presenting) author is expected to register and pay the full registration fee, attend the symposium and make the presentation. All correspondence on abstract will be through email to the first author.

The MDBD 2022 Scientific Committee selects abstracts for presentation based on the following possibilities:

  • Oral – Short presentation by the authors with comments and interactive audience discussion led by an invited experts.
  • E-poster

Note:

Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The scientific committee has the right to change the selected category of abstract accordingly.

General guidelines

Guidelines for the abstract structure

  1. Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully.
  2. The abstract must be written in ENGLISH (UK).
  3. The abstract must not exceed 500 words. The abstracts which do not meet this will be sent back to the first author to be revised.
  4. It is the author’s responsibility to submit an abstract with correct spelling and grammar. The Scientific Committee has the right to edit the abstract if it has significant spelling and grammatical mistakes.

Note:

The abstracts which do not meet all requirements will be sent back to the first author to be revised. The Scientific Committee has the right to reject any abstract that does not comply with the guideline.

Abstract submitted for publication only will be published in MDBD 2022 Conference Proceedings.
